A comprehensive skill solution for Residential Care
This workshop has been designed to provide a complete and comprehensive training solution that provides all the skills & knowledge required for those working in Residential Aged Care. It can be attended by those who are new to the industry but is probably more suited to someone with some previous experience. It is a solution to fast track your education and complete the training in one day.

There is a theoretical component in the training which creates a framework, however, the primary focus of the workshop is practical and hands-on. Participation is critical and important to get the best outcomes from the training.
We will demonstrate all of the standardised On bed & Off bed safe operating procedures, as well as competent handling techniques for mechanical lifting devices and other adaptive equipment.

At the completion of the workshop there will be adequate time to clarify learnings covered during the training as well as any additional questions you may have.
